Supply6 is a rapid-growing health & nutrition D2C brand building science-backed supplements, healthy snacks, and functional foods. We are building a strong content and creative engine to tell the Supply6 story across social media, performance marketing, and brand campaigns.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Production Assistant to support the creative team in planning and executing photo and video shoots for social media, campaigns, product content, and brand communication.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, coordinating people and equipment, keeping shoots organised, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from preparation to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and coordinating photo and video shoots.
- Support pre-production, shoot-day coordination, and post-shoot activities.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, models, creators, makeup artists, stylists, and external vendors.
- Help arrange and manage props, products, equipment, locations, and other shoot requirements.
- Ensure products and props are ready and available before shoots.
- Assist with setting up and wrapping up shoots.
- Maintain shoot schedules,



checklists, and production requirements.
- Coordinate logistics such as locations, transportation, food, equipment, and vendor requirements.
- Ensure shoots stay on schedule and flag any issues or delays immediately.
- Assist the creative team with on-ground execution and coordination during shoots.
- Organise and maintain shoot assets, files, props, and equipment.
- Support the team with ad-hoc production and content requirements when needed.

What We’re Looking For

- 0-2 years of experience in production, content, photography, videography, advertising, media, or a similar role.
- Freshers with relevant internship or hands-on shoot experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Proactive, organised, and able to take ownership of tasks.
- Willingness to be present at shoot locations and work flexible hours when required.
- Basic understanding of photography or video production is a plus.
- Experience working with creators, agencies, production houses, or D2C brands is a plus.
