About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Strategy Associate to join our the Strategy & Growth team at Sparsh CCTV in Noida.

Strategy & Growth works across different parts of the business, taking on projects that sit at the intersection of products, technology, solutions and growth. This role will have a solid product and solutions focus , working closely with teams across the organisation to understand, structure and connect information across products, platforms and use cases.

If you’re curious, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology and enjoy figuring out how different pieces fit together, you’ll probably enjoy this role.

What You’ll Work On

Product Database

- Build and manage our central product database across cameras, recorders, software, AI and related products.
- Work with different teams to collect, structure, validate and maintain product information.
- Develop processes for how product data is created, updated, reviewed and used across the organisation.

Solutions

- Map Sparsh products and capabilities into solutions across industries and use cases.
- Research customer and industry requirements and understand how hardware, software and AI come together to solve them.
- Help build structured solution maps, presentations and supporting information for internal and customer-facing use.

Data & Platforms





- Work with data across our internal and external platforms.
- Track what information needs to be updated, who owns it and when it needs to be completed.
- Build and maintain processes that keep information accurate and consistent across platforms.

And, this being Strategy & Growth, expect to get involved in other projects as we build and experiment with new things.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience. Strong fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with large amounts of information.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- An interest in products, technology and how businesses use them.
- Ability to research, structure information and communicate it clearly.
- Comfortable coordinating across teams and taking ownership of follow-ups.
- Most importantly, someone who is curious, proactive and willing to learn.

You do not need prior CCTV experience . We care much more about your ability to understand products, ask the right questions and learn quickly.
