Our client is Company of medical scrubs (dress for doctors and surgeons) who is looking for a skilled problem solver to join the team as Forecasting Analyst This company is Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA, with offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai. This is the world ’s largest manufacturer of medical scrubs (uniform apparel). They distribute their products through multiple channels including 3rd party retail, wholly owned retail ecommerce sites, and corporate branded sites.

Job Position: Product Specialist (Marketplace)

Office Timing: 11 am to 8 pm or 12 pm to 9 pm

Weekdays: 5 days

Location: Pune

Experience – Minimum 2 years

Principal Responsibilities:

Summary:

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart, along with solid product knowledge and familiarity with marketplace processes. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot issues, optimize listings, and ensure smooth operations to support marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain overall health of Amazon and Walmart seller accounts.
- Audit product catalog listings and resolve issues related to product detail pages.
- Perform batch uploads using flat files on Amazon and Walmart platforms.
- Conduct product data research to create, update, and optimize listings.
- Monitor listing quality dashboards, customer reviews, ratings, and maintain NCX




- (Negative Customer Experience) metrics within targets.
- Manage pricing, promotions, coupons, and other marketplace marketing levers.
- Execute short-term projects aimed at improving marketplace performance and growth.
- Conduct market and competitor research, analyze trends, and perform keyword research.
- Handle case log management: create, track, and ensure timely resolution of cases with
- Amazon/Walmart Seller Support.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field, with 2-3 years of work experience in ecommerce
- marketplace domain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate reports to track business KPIs.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Seller Center preferred.
- Familiarity with research and optimization tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar platforms is a plus
