Position: Product Specialist

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering / B. Tech / B.Sc.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in critical care equipment (Preferred Products: Respiratory & Cardiology Equipment's)

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

- Create Training Materials: Develop training documents such as presentations, videos, and manuals to aid in the education of internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct Training Sessions: Provide product and application training to sales & service engineers, dealer engineers, and other technical staff.
- Coordinate Training Events: Organize and manage training sessions and gatherings, ensuring seamless logistics and effective knowledge transfer.

Product Support
- Product Evaluation & Testing: Conduct thorough product testing and evaluations to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Assist Product Teams: Support the All-India product team with product demos, technical queries, and other product-related inquiries.
- Prepare Product Documentation: Create and maintain product comparisons, catalogs, and technical documents for internal and customer use.
- Tender Compliance & Support: Review tender requirements and provide compliance verification and support for any related queries.
- Technical Field Support: Offer on-the-ground assistance to the field technical team, resolving complex application and software queries.
- Field Visits: Address critical product and software issues by providing hands-on support at customer locations.

Product Demonstrations
- Sales Support:



Assist the sales team by conducting live product demonstrations and providing detailed explanations of product features and advantages.
- Post-Sales Training: Conduct post-sales demonstrations and training for healthcare professionals, including doctors and technicians, to ensure effective product usage.
- Remote Application Support: Provide ongoing support for product software through online channels, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting.

Support
- Marketing Materials: Review and verify promotional brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral to ensure accuracy.
- Conference Participation: Represent the company at medical conferences, engaging with potential customers and presenting product demonstrations.
- Training at Conferences: Lead training sessions at conferences to showcase product capabilities and educate healthcare professionals.
- Customer Engagement: Follow up with hospitals after product demos, ensuring satisfaction, collecting feedback, and strengthening customer relationships.

Additional Responsibilities:
- On-Site Support: Provide in-person support to hospitals and healthcare staff, ensuring they are trained on product operation and usage.
- Travel: Willingness to travel across regions, including remote and rural areas, often on short notice to meet customer needs.
- Flexible Schedule: Ability to manage early morning and late evening demo schedules, particularly for anaesthesia machine demonstrations.
- Reporting & Documentation: Ensure thorough and timely documentation and reporting after each demo and training session to maintain accurate records.
