About us

Rajdeep Meditech is a Pune-based medical equipment procurement and distribution company supplying to hospitals and clinicians across multiple brands. We are building a dedicated ResMed CPAP/BiPAP vertical for serving and retired Army officers and their families.

The role

You will be our dedicated ResMed representative: demonstrating devices, onboarding patients, and ensuring therapy compliance. This is a product demonstration and patient support role. The role is exclusively for the ResMed portfolio. Might sound intimidating but complete training of ResMed devices, masks, and AirView will be provided by us.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct ResMed CPAP/BiPAP demos at our office or Command Hospital (SC), Pune
- Guide patients on device use, mask fitting, humidifier setup, and troubleshooting
- Set up patient profiles and maintain data on ResMed AirView
- Track usage, leak, and AHI data; follow up with patients based on compliance reports
- Submit compliance reports to doctors on request




- Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff on trials and follow-ups
- Handle after-sales support: masks, accessories, device queries
- Maintain records of demos, conversions, and follow-ups

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream
- Freshers welcome; 1+ year in medical devices, healthcare, or patient-facing roles is an advantage
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi
- Patient, respectful manner with senior officers and elderly patients.
- Comfortable with Excel, data entry, and basic report generation
- Willingness to learn technical products
