The opportunity

XFactr .AI is looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.

Client Domain

This role is for our global enterprise client in the energy management and industrial automation domain.

Responsibilities

- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.

- Gather and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and product specifications.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with business goals and customer needs.

- Work closely with engineering teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery.

- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

- Ensure that delivered features meet quality standards and business expectations.

- Monitor product performance and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product releases.

Required Skills

- Product Ownership Experience 7+ years of experience in product management or product ownership roles.

- Agile / Scrum Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.





- Product Requirements Ability to translate business needs into technical product requirements.

- Stakeholder Management Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Enterprise Products Experience working with enterprise-level software products.

- Product Management Tools Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management tools.

- Analytics Problem Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional advantage

- Experience working with digital platforms, SaaS products, or enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of data-driven decision-making and product analytics.

- Understanding of AI-driven or data-centric products.

- Experience collaborating with global teams and enterprise clients.
