Role: Senior Product Manager SFMC

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve our marketing technology and email lifecycle platform, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), email automation, consent management and privacy-compliant customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the SFMC product roadmap, backlog, priorities and release cycles.
- Define PRDs/user stories for email journeys, automation and personalization.
- Partner with Marketing, CRM, Legal, Privacy, Engineering and CX teams.
- Manage OneTrust Preference Center subscription, consent and preference workflows.
- Drive integrations across SFMC, OneTrust and customer data/marketing platforms.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM and other privacy regulations.
- Analyze campaign performance, deliverability, subscriber preferences and engagement metrics.
- Define KPIs covering email engagement, list health, opt-in/opt-out and preference-center adoption.
- Support segmentation, personalization and multi-channel campaign orchestration.
- Manage Agile/Scrum processes, sprint planning and releases.

Must-Have Skills:

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio,



Contact Builder, Content Builder.
- OneTrust Preference Center experience.
- Email campaign management, segmentation, personalization, A/B testing and automated journeys.
- Product management: Roadmapping, backlog management, Agile/Scrum, PRDs/user stories.
- Requirement gathering and documentation.
- Data-driven decision making and stakeholder management.
- Email deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
- GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM and CASL knowledge.

Good-to-Have:

- SEO/SEM, paid social and multi-channel marketing.
- Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud or CDP.
- SQL & AMPscript.
- HubSpot, Marketo, Braze or Iterable.
- REST APIs, webhooks and middleware integrations.
- SFMC / OneTrust certifications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years overall experience, including 3+ years as a Product Manager in MarTech, CRM or email marketing.
- Hands-on SFMC experience is mandatory.
- OneTrust or similar consent/preference management experience preferred.
- Regulated-industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
