Role Description This is a full-time, in office Product Manager role based in Kozhikode.
The Product
Manager will guide products from concept to launch, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and requirements. Daily responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements, translating them into clear user stories and specifications, and conducting sprint planning and review sessions. The role involves monitoring product performance, analyzing user feedback and data, and iterating on features to improve usability, reliability, and business outcomes.
The Product
Manager will also help align teams around measurable goals,
manage timelines and risks, and ensure consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in product strategy and roadmap ownership, including defining product vision, goals, and measurable success criteria.
- Skills in requirements gathering and documentation, such as writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Background in agile methodologies, with experience facilitating sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and review/retrospective sessions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UI/UX design, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret product metrics, user research, and market insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; product management certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in software development, startups, or digital product environments; familiarity with web, mobile, and AI products is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to fast-paced, sprint-based delivery cycles.
