Summary

UST is looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and delivery for healthcare and benefits-focused digital solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, define product vision, drive value-based prioritization, and support the adoption of AI-powered and automation-driven capabilities.

The Opportunity

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining product vision, managing product backlogs, prioritizing features based on business value, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable healthcare solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and leadership to deliver high-impact products while supporting emerging AI, agentic AI, and automation initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, goals, and business outcomes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and process maps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify priorities, define scope, and align product strategy with organizational objectives.
- Create and manage user stories, epics, measurable acceptance criteria, and product backlogs using Jira.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, risk, customer impact, and strategic goals.
- Drive Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and stakeholder reviews.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead UAT planning, business validation activities, defect triaging, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Define AI and automation objectives, success metrics, business KPIs, and human-review requirements for AI-enabled solutions.
- Monitor product adoption, user engagement, and business outcomes using analytics and reporting frameworks.
- Develop business cases, ROI assessments, and value realization strategies for product investments.
- Support delivery of healthcare, benefits administration,



pharmacy, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across product, business, engineering, and operations.
- Communicate effectively with business and technical audiences, ensuring clarity, brevity, and accuracy in discussions and documentation.

What You Need

Requirements

- Strong experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis roles.
- Expertise in product vision creation, roadmap planning, and business-value prioritization.
- Experience gathering requirements and managing stakeholder expectations across multiple business units.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery frameworks.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs within Jira.
- Working knowledge of healthcare, benefits administration, and related operational processes.
- Ability to define AI-enabled business outcomes and success measurement frameworks.
- Experience supporting UAT execution, business validation, and release readiness activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams.

Desired Skills

- Experience delivering Generative AI, Agentic AI, or RPA-based products.




- Foundation-level understanding of distributed systems and agentic systems; hands-on experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of CRx/Pharmacy operations and healthcare document workflows.
- Understanding of AWS-hosted applications and API integrations.
- Familiarity with Jira-to-Bitbucket delivery traceability.
- Experience working with cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to data-driven product decision-making and AI-enabled business solutions.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Product Management Certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) preferred.
