Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber, techno-functional Product Lead to architect, scale, and deliver ProcureSprint, our next-generation Source-to-Pay (S2P) AI platform. In this role, you will operate as a pivotal force under the Product Manager, sitting directly at the intersection of enterprise SaaS architecture, native AWS cloud infrastructure, LLM orchestration, and complex ERP integrations (SAP CPI & CIG). Beyond deep technical ownership of data pipelines and multi-agent execution engines across Sourcing, CLM, and Invoicing modules, you will act as a secondary front-facing product champion.

You will partner in driving executive client demos, translating early-stage feedback into iterative MVPs, and ensuring our proprietary platform scales securely across global enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- AI & Agentic Architecture Ownership: Define and build the technical roadmap for LLM orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, semantic search, and autonomous multi-agent workflows designed to execute complex procurement actions asynchronously.
- AWS Cloud & Scalable Infrastructure: Leverage native AWS architectural patterns (serverless compute, event-driven streaming, secure containerization) to ensure high availability, low-latency processing, and enterprise data residency compliance.
- SAP Integration & Middleware Excellence: Drive integration strategies utilizing SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) to establish secure, bi-directional connectivity between ProcureSprint and heterogeneous ERP landscapes (SAP ECC, S/4HANA).
- Data Pipelines & Semantic Modeling:



Architect robust data ingestion, parsing, and normalization pipelines for unstructured enterprise data, including supplier catalogs, line-item invoices, MSAs, and ERP master data.
- Model Evaluation & Cost Governance: Partner with engineering and ML teams to benchmark LLM performance, fine-tune models for contract extraction and spend categorization, and balance token consumption against inference latency.
- Front-Facing Demos & Technical Pre-Sales: Support the Product Manager in customer-facing discovery sessions, running interactive product walkthroughs, addressing C-level technical/integration inquiries, and configuring bespoke Proof of Concept (POC) environments.
- Agile Governance & PRD Ownership: Author detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), data schema maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria; facilitate Scrum ceremonies and actively unblock developers during rapid sprint cycles.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Enterprise Integration & Middleware: Deep hands-on comprehension of SAP CPI, SAP CIG, API gateways, OData/REST protocols, webhooks, and enterprise middleware integration patterns.
- AI/ML Infrastructure Fluency: Practical understanding of LLM application architecture, vector databases,



prompt engineering frameworks, embedding models, and agentic runtimes (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom multi-agent frameworks).
- Cloud Architecture (AWS): Solid working proficiency in AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, IAM) and event-driven architectures.
- S2P Domain Understanding: Strong functional grasp of end-to-end Source-to-Pay workflows, including requisition intake, e-sourcing/RFx, contract lifecycle management (CLM), three-way matching, and supplier master governance.
- Commercial Communication & Presence: Solid stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical architectures into compelling business value during client meetings and webinars.
- Agile Delivery Mastery: Proven capability to write technical stories, navigate Jira/DevOps boards, and collaborate closely with engineering squads to turn ambiguous business asks into production-ready features.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical engineering background.
- Experience: 5–7 years of technical product management or solution engineering experience, with at least 3+ years architecting and scaling B2B Enterprise SaaS products within the S2P, ERP, or Supply Chain domain.
- Mindset: High problem-solving agility, a natural builder mentality capable of navigating greenfield ambiguity, and an active commitment to applying AI-first tools to optimize day-to-day engineering and product execution.
