Qualification -

Education mandatory

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics or related discipline.

Preferred

· MBA / PGDM in Product Management, Technology Management, Business Management or related field.

Role Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Product Head who will be responsible for identifying new product opportunities, evaluating market potential, leading product development and taking new products from concept to commercial launch.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of ATM, CRM, Self-service terminals, software, monitoring solutions, technology products or related BFSI/FinTech solutions and should be capable of converting market requirements into commercially viable products.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify new product opportunities based on market trends, customer requirements and technology developments.

· Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify product gaps and opportunities.

· Identify new Hardwar, Software, monitoring and technology-based products suitable for the business.

· Develop product concepts, business cases and product roadmaps.

· Work with technology, software, engineering and operations teams for product development.

· Define product requirements, features and specifications.

· Coordinate with external technology partners and vendors wherever required.

· Lead the product lifecycle from idea → evaluation → development → testing → launch.

· Conduct product demonstrations and support Sales/Business Development teams.

· Understand customer feedback and continuously improve existing products.

· Develop pricing, positioning and go-to-market plans along with the business team.

· Track product performance, customer acceptance, revenue potential and profitability.

· Present new product proposals and progress updates to management.





· Build a pipeline of future products and technologies for business growth.

Required Experience

· 15–20+ years of relevant experience.

· Strong understanding of software and technology solutions.

· Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams.

· Ability to evaluate the technical and commercial feasibility of new products.

· Experience in managing vendors/technology partners will be an advantage.
