Responsibilities:

- Define and manage sprints in collaboration with the Scrum and engineering teams.
- Coordinate and participate in all key Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Demos, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Maintain robust control over product delivery and execution rather than limiting the role to task creation and tracking.
- Support AI-assisted backlog management, data synthesis, and meeting synthesis to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Plan upcoming sprints in advance and ensure requirements and priorities are clearly communicated.
- Track sprint progress and provide timely updates to senior stakeholders regarding status, dependencies, risks, and potential delays.
- Work closely with engineering teams to enable faster time-to-market while ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Maintain clear and structured product documentation.
- Use Jira and Jira Reports to track deliverables, sprint progress,



and overall execution.
- Act as a product evangelist, helping build awareness and understanding of the product across relevant stakeholders.

Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Reports
- Product and sprint documentation
- Backlog management and sprint planning
- Ability to integrate AI tools into daily product management activities
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to identify, track, and communicate delivery risks
- Understanding of Postman
- Familiarity with Google Analytics

Qualifications 2 -4 years of relevant experience

Experience working on SaaS, Learning Management System, or E-learning products/projects would be relevant to the role..
