Responsibility

 Responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of products, ensuring alignment with customer requirements

 Translate customer requirements into product specifications, ensuring the selected product/model meets technical, functional, quality, and commercial expectations.

 Prepare and review Bill of Materials (BOM), component specifications, and engineering documentation to support smooth and efficient production.

 Prepare part / component for manufacturing and assembly inline with the established process

 Identify and implement process improvements, cycle-time reductions, Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and waste elimination activities.

 Evaluate and improve machining processes, job-work activities and manufacturing methods to ensure efficient product execution.

 Understand production capabilities and coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure factory capacity,

equipment capability, and test infrastructure meet product requirements.

 Review Engineering Change Notes (ECNs) and drive appropriate corrective and implementation actions to ensure changes are effectively incorporated into production.

 Troubleshoot manufacturing and product-related issues and implement root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).





 Work closely with production teams to ensure proper understanding and execution of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and product specifications.

 Act as a technical bridge between Product Management, Design, Proposal, Manufacturing, Quality, and

Engineering teams, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of product-related issues.

Qualification / Requirement

 2-3 Years of Experience in the Manufacturing field

 BE mechanical / Instrumentation

 MS office

 CAD Modeling software



Authorities

 Implement or suggest improvements in development, deployment, or manufacturing processes.

 Authority to resolve production issues and ensure scalability or cost-efficiency.

 Authority to suggest changes that reduce production or development costs without compromising quality.

 Can influence or set priority for technical issues

 Can authorize prototypes

 Can reject or request changes to product features if they are technically unfeasible or too costly

Pay: ₹20,000.34 - ₹50,000.51 per month
