Role Description

As a Product Engineer at meetmagic.org, you will work in a full-time, remote capacity to design, build, and enhance products that connect executives with the right expertise and technology partners. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate user needs into scalable features, improve existing workflows, and ensure the platform is reliable and intuitive. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and testing product features, refining system architecture, analyzing user behavior and feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.





You will also participate in discovery and experimentation, support integration with partner technologies, and help maintain high standards for performance, security, and accessibility.

Qualifications

- Strong Product Engineering skills, including experience designing, building, and maintaining user-facing features.
- Product Design and R&D; skills to explore new ideas, prototype solutions, and iterate based on user insights.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate product performance, and inform decision-making.
- Clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with modern software development practices (e.g., agile methodologies, version control, code reviews).
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks for web or platform development.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Background in product-led organizations or B2B platforms is beneficial; prior experience in data-driven or marketplace products is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
