Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Development Executive for a leading jewellery manufacturing organization. The candidate will manage product-development requirements for international customers, particularly brands in the US and European markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customers through emails, calls and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer briefs, designs and product-development requirements.
- Coordinate the complete product-development process, from initial concept and sampling to final approval.
- Work closely with design, merchandising, production, quality and other internal teams.
- Monitor sample development and ensure adherence to customer specifications and timelines.
- Provide regular development updates and maintain clear communication with customers.




- Manage product revisions, approvals, documentation and follow-ups.
- Support the smooth handover of approved products for production.

Candidate Requirements
- 7–8 years of product-development experience in jewellery manufacturing.
- Experience handling US and European brands or international customers.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Sound understanding of jewellery product-development and manufacturing processes.
- Solid coordination, follow-up and customer-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organised and capable of managing multiple developments simultaneously.
