Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize food & beverage formulations across beverages, dairy, confectionery, and functional foods.
- Conduct lab trials, pilot trials, and product validations.
- Provide technical and application support to customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Manufacturing teams for product commercialization.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
- Drive innovation through market research and current product development.
Industry Preference:
Food ingredients, flavors & fragrances, beverages, dairy, confectionery, nutraceuticals, or food manufacturing companies.
Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
