- Position: Procurement Manager
- Location: Andheri (5 minutes walkable from WEH Metro Station)
- Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Education: Graduation
- Industry: Real Estate

Responsibilities

- Support project procurement requirements through strategic sourcing of construction materials, equipment, and services
- Prepare RFQs, obtain quotations, and conduct techno-commercial evaluations
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment conditions, and delivery schedules with suppliers and vendors
- Develop and maintain a strong network of vendors and suppliers for project requirements
- Prepare comparative statements and procurement recommendations for management approval
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in line with project schedules
- Drive cost-saving initiatives through effective sourcing strategies and vendor negotiations

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong negotiation and commercial management skills
- Expertise in construction procurement
- Knowledge of construction materials, vendors, and contractor ecosystem
- Ability to prepare and analyze comparative statements and cost evaluations
- Strong vendor development and relationship management skills
