Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage procurement activities for automotive electronics components, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations.

- Develop and implement cost optimization strategies to reduce costs by 15% within the first six months of joining the team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while meeting customer requirements.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for localization of wiring harnesses.

Job Requirements :

- 3-9 years of experience in procurement management or a related field in the auto components industry.

- Robust understanding of automotive electronics, wiring harnesses, and their applications.

- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
