Procurement Manager

- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical with minimum 15 years’ experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Projects.

- At least 7 Years of experience in Similar role in GCC Countries Oil & Gas EPC Projects in Contracting Companies; Saudi Arabia ARAMCO Projects experience would be preferrable.

- Job Skills: Knowledge of Procurement Procedures, ARAMCO Standards, Procurement Sourcing & Techniques as well as a skill in “reading” the market.

Experience in collecting and analyzing data, Talent in negotiations and networking, Aptitude in decision-making and working with number.

- Excellent in Negotiation, Supply Chain Management, Communication, Leadership & Interpersonal skills.





- The main purpose of the job is to identify and retain cost competitive and effective suppliers to provide the required materials at requested locations in timely manners, the incumbent shall handle both local and foreign suppliers assigned by the superiors. He shall prepare studies, compactions, and analysis of local and foreign suppliers to build a validated data base on competitive suppliers. The key result areas expected for this job include cost effective items as per required specification, timely completion of assigned tasks and conformance to safely regulations
