About the role:
This role supports our sales team and channel partners in driving growth, revenue and operational excellence within North America and Latin America. This role is highly dynamic and requires strong collaboration, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset. You will manage end-to-end software license procurement activities, partner program initiatives, and related operational activities while working closely with the Sales team.
Success in this role depends on time-to-response, initiative and drive to ensure deal closures are met, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across Trundl's channel, licensing, and sales teams, customers, internal support functions, and external vendors. The role will also be handling team leadership and supervision supporting the RevOps Manager & Partner Manager in handling reporting, CRM tracking, process compliance & improvements, channel incentive programs for revenue maximization including but not limited to registrations, funding opportunities and sponsorships. Work with the manager to understand and take on multi-channel requests, new joiner onboarding & guidance, leave planning, work distribution and escalation paths, as required.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for a candidate responsible to assist in all aspects of the Revenue Operations (Procurement/Software Licensing) Team. You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all procurement and software licensing requirements are met with proper deadlines, and schedules are on track.
As the Team Lead - Account Advisors, you will be a hands-on contributor directly handling accounts, transactions and deals and will partner with all parts of Trundl’s Revenue Operations & License Procurement teams to ensure seamless customer & channel sales experience in license sales closures, whilst also complementing the Sales team on data-driven business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the sales teams, channel and marketplace partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to support sales initiatives, customers, programs and go-to-market efforts
- Serve as a key point of contact and intermediary for channel partners, ensuring clear communication, timely support and alignment with the Sales Team goals and company objectives
- Support pricing, deal structures, program incentives & registrations, development funds, channel program utilization, contracts, and sales processes in collaboration with sales and finance teams
- Monitor market trends, partner performance, and sales data to identify risks, opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Drive business performance by proactively identifying and leading change initiatives by gathering actionable insights, sharing feedback through appropriate internal channels, and driving improvements that maximize or improve revenue outcomes, optimize processes for efficiency, and capture overlooked opportunities.
- The role holder operates as a self-starter and consistently identifies and acts on new opportunities to improve sales efficiency, partner engagement, and customer satisfaction. Take full ownership of evolving priorities, improving processes and support models while adapting quickly to changing business needs.
- Communicate changes related to products, programs, or processes to sales teams and partners to ensure effective execution
- Act as a central connector between sales teams, partners, and internal functions to ensure smooth execution, alignment, and consistent delivery of commercial initiatives
- Remain flexible and take on additional or evolving responsibilities, as required by the business pertaining to this role
- Lead and support the RevOps & Partner Ops team by providing day-to-day support, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement across channel processes.
- Own team-level reporting and performance visibility, tracking key operational and financial metrics to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Manage customer and operational escalations, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining a high standard of customer experience, service excellence, and strong stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer-facing, relationship-building, team leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Spanish, French, or other additional languages is considered an asset, enabling effective support for customers and partners across diverse regions.
- Ability to work effectively alongside multiple regional teams and time zones
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills
- Leadership mindset with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members while fostering collaboration, accountability, and a customer-focused mindset.

- Prior exposure with license procurement in SaaS or solution partner business environments, specifically Atlassian, is an added advantage.
