Position: Electro-Mechanical Procurement Leader A leading global industrial manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Procurement Leader to drive strategic sourcing, localization, supplier development, and cost optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sourcing and procurement of electro-mechanical components, including sheet metal, castings, machined parts, plastics, fabricated assemblies, PCBs, and electronic components.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity.
- Drive localization initiatives and develop high-performing supplier networks.
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, VA/VE activities, and cost-reduction programs.
- Support New Product Development (NPD/NPI) projects through supplier onboarding and readiness.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality,



Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure supplier compliance with quality, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 10–15 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier development within industrial manufacturing environments.
- Solid expertise in localization, cost optimization, supplier development, and strategic sourcing.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, GD&T;, PPAP, APQP, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
