- Project Procurement & Planning

- Coordinate with Project Owners, Architects and Site Teams to understand upcoming procurement requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project-wise procurement trackers based on BOQs, specifications, drawings and project schedules.
- Identify critical and long-lead materials in advance.
- Plan procurement around project execution requirements and site progress.
- Ensure materials are ordered sufficiently in advance to avoid project delays.
- Manage urgent and changing site requirements without compromising commercial controls.
- Consolidate requirements across projects wherever possible to achieve better commercial terms.

2. Vendor Network & Market Knowledge
- Develop and maintain a strong network of reliable vendors and suppliers across Delhi NCR.
- Leverage existing market relationships while continuously developing new sources.
- Identify reliable manufacturers, distributors, fabricators, subcontractors and specialist suppliers.
- Maintain multiple vendor options for important and high-value categories.
- Develop alternate vendors to reduce dependency on individual suppliers.




- Maintain a practical vendor database covering rates, categories, capabilities, lead times, payment terms and past performance.
- Continuously monitor market pricing and availability.4. Construction Material Knowledge
- The candidate should have practical knowledge of procurement across construction and interior categories, including:
- Civil construction materials
- Steel / MS / structural materials
- Plywood, laminates and boards
- Doors and architectural hardware
- Flooring and wall finishes
- Sanitaryware and plumbing materials
- Electrical materials
- Lighting
- HVAC-related materials
- Paints and coatings
- Glass and aluminium
- False ceiling and partition

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
