Tanjore Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and responsible Procurement Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely procurement as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source required raw materials, products, and supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Compare supplier quotations and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Maintain supplier records, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely availability.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Assist in maintaining proper procurement records and reports.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Agriculture / B.Sc. Agriculture / B.Tech. Agriculture or related field.
- B.Com / BBA / MBA – Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.




- Ability to coordinate with suppliers, farmers, and internal teams.
- Candidates with experience in paddy procurement, rice, agriculture, food, FMCG, or purchasing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with an Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering background are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of paddy varieties, quality parameters, procurement, and agricultural practices will be an advantage.
- Good field coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for farmer and supplier visits when required.
