The Procurement

Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing quality materials and services for the company. This individual will develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensure timely delivery of goods, and track inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a robust understanding of supply chain management. Strong communication and analytical skills are also required. - Manage the procurement process for all materials and services needed for the company's operations

- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and terms
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet production schedules
- Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and excessive inventory




- Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements
- Keep abreast of market trends and supplier capabilities to identify new opportunities for cost savings
- Oversee the procurement team and provide guidance and support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions and activities
