Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Analyst role based in Noida.

The Procurement

Analyst will manage and monitor purchase orders, analyze procurement data and supplier performance, and support cost optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities include assisting in contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with procurement policies,



and coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. The role involves preparing reports and dashboards, maintaining accurate procurement records, and contributing to continuous improvement of purchasing processes.

The Procurement

Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as finance, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Procurement and Purchase Orders skills, including experience with order creation, tracking, and vendor management.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation, cost analysis, and performance reporting.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills for supporting supplier agreements and commercial discussions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is preferred.
- Understanding of automotive supply chain or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work accurately with details, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
