Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and Saturday (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

Reporting Manager: Ops Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Process Executive Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. The intern will assist with process coordination, documentation, data management, reporting, and communication with different teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day operational processes and administrative activities.
- Maintain and update process-related documents and records.
- Enter, verify, and maintain data accurately in company systems.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track assigned tasks and follow up on pending activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Identify process gaps and communicate issues to the concerned team.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation and filing.
- Support team members with operational and coordination activities.




- Follow company policies, procedures, and process guidelines.
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to learn current processes and tools.
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.

Required Languages
- English, Hindi, Malayalam
- Knowledge of additional Indian languages will be an added advantage.

Eligibility
- Students or fresh graduates from B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA, or related fields.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates interested in operations and business processes are preferred.
