About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to manage, streamline, and optimize our operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Management: Map, monitor, and optimize end-to-end business workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency and productivity.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the main liaison between internal teams (Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Quality, and IT) to facilitate clear communication and task alignment.
- SOP Development: Draft, update, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Tracking & Analytics: Monitor process KPIs, keep track of project deliverables, and generate regular operational status reports for management.
- Issue Resolution: Identify workflow disruptions or process failures, propose root-cause solutions, and coordinate quick resolutions.
- Compliance & Auditing: Perform routine process audits to ensure operations adhere to quality standards, SLAs,



and organizational compliance.
- Prior experience with ERP or CRM systems.

What We Offer Key Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–5 years in process coordination, operations support, project management, or workflow optimization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio) and task management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com). Excellent knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset to identify inefficiencies and structure workflow solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with robust interpersonal management capabilities.
