About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Private Banker to manage and grow relationships with UHNI/HNI clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in client relationship management, portfolio handling, and recent client acquisition, with experience managing client accounts/AUM of 75 Cr+.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.

- Handle and grow client portfolios with 75 Cr+ in AUM/account value.

- Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through networking, referrals, and market outreach.

- Understand clients’ financial goals and provide suitable investment and wealth-management solutions.

- Drive client engagement, retention, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.

- Build long-term relationships with key clients and act as their primary point of contact.

- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively identify opportunities based on client requirements.

- Work closely with investment, product, and research teams to deliver customized solutions.

- Maintain strong knowledge of financial products, investment opportunities,



and wealth-management solutions.

- Ensure high standards of client servicing, confidentiality, and compliance.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or related financial services.

- Proven experience managing 75 Cr+ client accounts/AUM.

- Strong exposure to UHNI and HNI clients.

- Demonstrated track record in client acquisition and business development.

- Strong relationship-management and client-retention skills.

- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to understand complex financial requirements and provide customized solutions.

- Strong market knowledge and commercial orientation.

- Existing HNI/UHNI client relationships or a strong network will be an advantage.
