Role: PCB Designer - Altium /n Experience: 5+ Years /n Location: Pune and Bangalore /n Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office /n Mandatory Skills: Altium, High-Speed Design /n Job Summary /n We are looking for an experienced PCB Design Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Altium Designer to design and develop complex multilayer PCBs. The candidate should have experience in high-speed digital designs, signal/power integrity, component placement, routing, and PCB manufacturing deliverables. /n : /n /n

- Strong expertise in Altium Designer.

- Experience with multilayer PCB designs (8+ layers up to 24+ layers).

/n

- Knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) concepts.

/n

- Hands-on experience with DDR, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, SATA, HDMI, and high-speed differential routing.

/n

- Understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.

/n

- Familiarity with IPC-2221, IPC-7351, and IPC standards.

/n

- Experience generating Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, and other manufacturing deliverables.

/n

- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

/n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Design and develop multilayer PCBs using Altium Designer.

/n





- Work on PCB designs ranging from 8-layer to 24+ layer boards.

/n

- Perform component placement, routing, stack-up definition, design-rule configuration, and design optimization.

/n

- Work on high-speed interfaces such as:

/n

- DDR / DDR4 / DDR5

/n

- PCIe

/n

- USB

/n

- Ethernet

/n

- SATA

/n

- HDMI

/n

- Apply Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) concepts during PCB design.

/n

- Perform high-speed differential pair routing and impedance-controlled routing.

/n

- Create and maintain schematic symbols, footprints, libraries, and component constraints.

/n

- Generate manufacturing and fabrication outputs including Gerber, ODB++, IPC-2581, drill files, and assembly documentation.

/n

- Work closely with hardware, electrical, mechanical, SI/PI, manufacturing, and component teams.

/n

- Review PCB designs for manufacturability, reliability, and compliance with applicable IPC standards.

/n

- Support PCB fabrication, assembly, bring-up, debugging, and design modifications.

/n

- Analyze and resolve PCB design-related issues during prototype and production stages.
