We are looking for a skilled and responsible DTF Machine Operator to operate and maintain DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing equipment for high-quality T-Shirts printing. The candidate will be responsible for machine operation, artwork preparation, print quality, routine maintenance, ink management, and achieving daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate DTF printing machines efficiently and safely.

- Prepare and load DTF films, inks, and other printing materials.

- Prepare and process artwork according to the required size, design, and quantity.

- Use Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW for basic artwork editing, resizing, background removal, and print-file preparation.

- Operate RIP/printing software and select appropriate print settings.

- Monitor print quality, color accuracy, white ink density, and alignment.

- Perform regular nozzle checks and identify printing defects such as banding, missing colors, and nozzle blockage.

- Perform daily cleaning and routine maintenance of the DTF printer.

- Maintain proper white ink circulation and monitor ink levels.

- Perform basic troubleshooting of machine and printing issues.

- Ensure proper curing/drying of printed DTF films.

- Maintain production records and monitor material consumption and wastage.

- Coordinate with the design and production teams regarding printing requirements.

- Ensure minimum wastage of DTF film, ink, and other materials.

- Complete printing orders within the required production timelines.

- Maintain cleanliness of the machine and production area.

- Report major technical or machine-related issues to the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience as a DTF Machine Operator is preferred.





- Practical knowledge of DTF printing technology.

- Knowledge of CMYK + White Ink DTF printing.

- Knowledge of DTF RIP/printing software.

- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.

- Ability to resize, edit, modify, and prepare artwork for DTF printing.

- Knowledge of image resolution, sizing, color, placement, and print requirements.

- Ability to identify and troubleshoot common DTF printing problems.

- Knowledge of print-head cleaning, flushing, and basic machine maintenance.

- Good attention to detail and quality control.

- Ability to work under production deadlines.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to different printing machines and software.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience operating DTF printing machines.

- Experience with Epson i3200-based DTF printers will be an advantage.

- Experience with Flexi, Maintop, DigiRIP, or other RIP software.

- Experience in Photoshop and CorelDRAW for DTF artwork preparation.

- Experience in garment/T-shirt printing will be an advantage.
