We are looking for a strong, experienced, and highly responsible Principal to lead the academic and administrative operations of our Nursing & Paramedical College. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership abilities, academic expertise, administrative control, and a firm approach towards discipline and institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

- Lead and supervise all academic activities of Nursing and Paramedical programmes.
- Ensure effective implementation of curriculum, academic schedules, examinations, practicals, clinical postings, and student activities.
- Monitor faculty performance, lesson plans, attendance, academic delivery, and student outcomes.
- Maintain and improve academic standards in accordance with applicable regulatory and university requirements.
- Conduct regular academic reviews and faculty meetings.

Administrative Management

- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of the college.
- Supervise faculty, administrative staff, and departmental activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of institutional policies, procedures, and management decisions.
- Maintain coordination with University, Nursing/Paramedical regulatory bodies, hospitals, and other concerned authorities.
- Ensure timely completion of inspections, documentation, reports, renewals, affiliations, and compliance requirements.

Discipline & Student Management

- Maintain a strict, skilled, and disciplined academic environment.
- Ensure adherence to college rules, attendance requirements, dress code, conduct, and institutional policies.
- Address student and faculty disciplinary matters firmly and fairly.
- Take proactive measures to maintain a safe, respectful, and productive campus environment.

Faculty & Team Leadership

- Guide, monitor,



and motivate faculty and staff towards achieving institutional goals.
- Identify performance gaps and take appropriate corrective measures.
- Ensure punctuality, accountability, professionalism, and responsibility among team members.
- Promote teamwork while maintaining appropriate administrative authority.

Eligibility

- M.Sc. (Nursing) with/without PhD. in concerned specialty

Experience: 15 years of total experience after M.Sc. (Nursing College Experience will be preferred)

- Relevant Master’s Degree in Nursing / relevant discipline as applicable.
- Valid registration and qualifications as per applicable regulatory norms.
- Relevant experience in academic and administrative leadership in a Nursing/Paramedical college or similar educational institution.

Salary: Negotiable, based on qualification, experience, leadership capabilities, and suitability for the position.
