The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students of classes 3 and 4, following the CBSE curriculum. The teacher should foster a love for literature, enhance language skills, and prepare students for board examinations.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons as per the CBSE syllabus.

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.

Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.

Enhance students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.

Prepare students for board exams with regular practice tests and remedial sessions.

Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.

Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.

Organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as debates, elocution, and literary events.

Maintain records of student progress and communicate with parents regarding their child’s development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English Literature or a related field.

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.

Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience at the secondary level in a CBSE school.

Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching.
