Preschool & Daycare Teacher

Education: ECCED / NTT / D.Ed. / Montessori training preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, energetic, responsible and well-spoken Preschool & Daycare Teacher who can create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment for young children.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine interest in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities for preschool children.
- Engage children through storytelling, rhymes, music, art, craft and play-based activities.
- Ensure children's safety, hygiene and well-being throughout the day.
- Support children's emotional, social and cognitive development.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming classroom environment.
- Observe children's progress and share relevant updates with parents and the Centre Manager.
- Assist with daily routines such as meals, nap time, hygiene and other daycare activities.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and learning materials.
- Follow centre policies, curriculum guidelines and safety procedures.




- Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff.

Candidate Requirements
- ECCED / NTT / Montessori / D.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable command of English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Friendly, patient and caring approach towards children.
- Energetic and creative personality.
- Ability to manage young children effectively.
- Responsible, punctual and professional.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
