Job Summary

BOP.in is looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join its real estate sales team at the Noida Sector 136 office. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and promoting real estate projects over calls to drive sales and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases
- Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects




- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients
- Generate and qualify leads for site visits
- Schedule meetings and site visits with the sales team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
- Update CRM with accurate customer information and call status

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 03 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in real estate
- Solid communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
