As a Pre-Sales professional you should work closely with the Sales Management and Leadership team in the company.

This is an independent contributor role, candidates are expected to bring in experience of extensive data research for required content as well as data points for formulating the concept based proposals on their own

Roles and responsibilities

- Develop proposal by understanding the customer needs and their business requirement with delivery and technical teams
- Lead and execute the presales (direct & channels) & Work with Technical Architect and Digital Delivery teams to finalize a winning solution
- Assess the current offerings portfolio and repackage meet customer requirements
- Responding to RFPs and RFQs to arrive at a Technical proposal with right Service design & solution based on the need
- Discussions with customer and other stake Holders to seek clarifications on RFP through RFI/RFQ
- Able to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm




- Regular interaction with team to understand customer pain points on Delivery and suggest remedial measures which can create avenues for business
- Create internal design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations
- Aware of customer journey mapping to optimize various touchpoints that involves the potential interaction
- Determine, resolve, and communicate technical and business presales issues to presales management

Requirements Requirement:
- Bachelor’s /Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ relevant years of experience in Pre-Sales
- 5+ years in various solutions/services including but not limited to Cloud, application development, CMS, BI, Analytics and IoT platforms
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment and influence others that impact success
- Experience creating and delivering presentations on project related work to team members, management, and customers
- Flexibility to adjust regular business hours to the needs of global customers
- Hands-on experience delivering RFPs/RFIs/presentations
- Strong understanding of IT services, process, methodology (e.g., Agile/Scrum)
- Strong experience with MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Project
- Strong experience of writing proposal for international clients
- Strong strategic analysis skills and valuable product intuition
- Have an excellent understanding of the client needs and should be able to articulate the required solutions & proposals that the organization can provide
