Key Skills:

- 15+ years of experience in Presales / Solutions within Capital Markets BPO.
- Experience in designing end-to-end solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Experience in cost optimization, service excellence, and process transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end solutions aligned with client objectives, including cost optimization, service excellence, process transformation, digital enablement, and AI-led operations.
- Develop future-state operating models using process re-engineering, automation, analytics, AI,



and digital technologies.
- Lead RFX, bid, and client requirement solutioning and develop compelling solutions and presentations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Transition, Delivery, Technology, and client stakeholders to develop scalable, commercially viable, and outcome-driven solutions.
- Manage client visits, presentations, and pitches while effectively leveraging people, practices, solutions, and supporting materials.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to position company offerings for existing and prospective clients.
- Coach and mentor teams and extended teams to support achievement of business goals.
- Demonstrate strong solution design, storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Lead solutions and projects through completion with effective stakeholder and expectation management.
- Demonstrate solid decision-making, problem-solving, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
- Understand and effectively position company offerings based on client requirements.
- Ensure information security while handling sensitive client and business data.
