We are looking for a kind, patient, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood team. You will guide children through their first experience of structured learning outside the home.

Your role is to build a safe, engaging, and loving environment where kids can explore, play, and learn basic concepts.Key Responsibilities

- Plan Lessons: Design and execute age-appropriate daily and weekly lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.

- Teach Basics: Introduce foundational concepts like letters, numbers, shapes, colors, and basic environmental science through play.

- Encourage Play: Facilitate interactive games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling to foster creativity and fine motor skills.

- Support Social Growth: Help children learn sharing, empathy, and positive behavior while managing classroom routines.

- Ensure Safety: Maintain a clean, secure, and organized classroom workplace,



meeting all health and safety standards.

- Track Progress: Observe and evaluate student development and maintain ongoing records.

- Communicate with Parents: Provide regular updates to families regarding their child's daily activities, milestones, and emotional well-being.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).

- Experience: Proven prior experience working as a pre-primary or preschool teacher.

- Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
