Delhi Public School, Kompally is looking for a passionate, caring and creative Pre-Primary Teacher to join our growing academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, joyful and engaging learning workplace that supports the overall development of young children.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate classroom activities for pre-primary students.
- Develop children's language, communication, numeracy, motor, social and emotional skills.
- Use play-based, activity-based and experiential teaching methods.
- Create engaging lesson plans, learning resources and classroom activities.
- Maintain a safe, positive and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Observe and assess children's learning and developmental progress.
- Maintain appropriate student records and documentation.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, participation and independent thinking.
- Organise activities such as storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, music, role play and movement activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's progress and classroom participation.




- Collaborate with coordinators and other teachers in planning academic and co-curricular activities.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, workshops and other institutional activities.
- Follow school policies, academic guidelines and child-safety standards.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- NTT / D.El.Ed / Montessori / Early Childhood Education qualification preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in pre-primary teaching preferred.
- Strong spoken and written English communication.
- Warm, patient and approachable personality.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Creative approach towards teaching and learning.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to use digital teaching tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school leadership.
