About IncorpX

IncorpX helps businesses across India with company registration, compliance, taxation, licensing, and other business services.

Our customers come with real business requirements, which means paid acquisition here is driven by high-intent searches, competitive keywords, and significant variation in lead quality across campaigns.

We are looking for a PPC Specialist who can take ownership of our paid acquisition function across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.

This is not a role where you simply execute an existing strategy. You will be expected to build, manage, test, optimize, and continuously improve our paid acquisition engine.

The Role

Your primary responsibility will be to drive high-quality leads that convert into revenue.

We are not looking for someone who focuses only on reducing CPC or generating inexpensive leads. You will work closely with our sales and CRM data to understand which campaigns generate qualified leads and actual business, and use those insights to make better budget and campaign decisions.

You will own the complete paid acquisition cycle—from research and campaign setup to tracking, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Own the strategy, setup, and day-to-day management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.

Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Display, and remarketing campaigns.

Manage Meta lead-generation and conversion campaigns.

Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and search-term research.

Build scalable and well-structured campaign architectures.

Develop ad copy and work with the design team on creative concepts and testing.

Continuously test campaigns, audiences, creatives, landing pages, and messaging.

Own conversion tracking in collaboration with the development team, including GA4, Google Tag Manager,

Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.

Analyze CRM data and closed leads to identify campaigns and channels that generate actual revenue.

Optimize campaigns based on lead quality and revenue, not just lead volume.

Manage CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, impression share, and other agreed performance metrics.

Regularly review search terms and maintain negative keyword lists to improve traffic quality.

Work with the SEO, content, design, and development teams to improve landing pages and conversion rates.

Provide data-backed recommendations for landing page and funnel improvements.

Prepare regular performance reports covering results, changes made, learnings, and next steps.

Ensure campaigns comply with relevant advertising platform policies and standards.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.

Strong practical experience with Google Ads, particularly Search, Performance Max, and remarketing.

Strong experience with Meta Ads, including lead generation and conversion campaigns.

Hands-on experience setting up and troubleshooting GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion tracking.

Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, Quality Score, and lead quality.

Demonstrated experience improving lead quality and conversion performance, not just increasing lead volume.

Experience managing and optimizing a meaningful advertising budget.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with CRM and sales data to connect marketing activity with actual revenue.

Clear communication and reporting skills.

Ability to explain campaign performance, decisions, and recommendations using data.

Be Ready to Discuss

During the interview, we may ask you to walk us through a specific campaign you managed, including:
