Role Overview

We are looking for a Power System Engineer to support and execute power system studies, develop system models, and contribute to project delivery while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Qualifications / Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Power Systems.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in power system studies and protection engineering.
- Exposure to power system analysis software other than ETAP will be considered an added advantage.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High attention to quality, accuracy, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to evaluate technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within teams.
- Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in the power systems domain.

Key Responsibilities

Power System Studies

- Perform and independently handle power system studies using ETAP, including:
- Load Flow Analysis
- Short Circuit Analysis
- Relay Coordination and Protection Studies
- Arc Flash Analysis
- Harmonic Analysis





- Develop protection philosophies, relay logic schemes, and relay setting parameters.
- Create, update, and validate power system models in accordance with specific project requirements.

Project & Client Coordination

- Participate in technical meetings and discussions with clients to understand project requirements and present study outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective project execution and delivery.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects through thorough reviews and a focus on minimizing rework.

Industry Representation

- Represent the organization and the Power System team at industry conferences, technical seminars, workshops, and professional forums.
