Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and lead high impact research on organisational culture, leadership, and social behaviour in workplaces.
- Explore themes such as identity, diversity, inclusion, and power relations in organisational settings.




- Apply and advance qualitative and mixed methods approaches (e.g., ethnography, case studies, interviews, coding frameworks).
- Design and implement organisational diagnostics and interventions to improve culture, cohesion, and performance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to grant writing, publications, and industry partnerships.

Required Skills
- PhD in Organisational Behaviour, Sociology of Work, Organisational Sociology, Human Resource Management, or a closely related discipline.
- At least one publication in an A ranked ABDC journal (or equivalent high impact outlet such as Scopus Q1).
- Strong expertise in qualitative and/or mixed methods research; familiarity with tools such as NVivo, Atlas.ti, or advanced coding techniques.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to conduct independent and team-oriented research.
