POSITION : Field Credit Officer (FCO)

QUALIFICATION : 10+2 or above

EXPERIENCE : Fresher/Experience

LOCATION : Across UP

REPORTING TO : Branch Manager/ Branch In charge.

SALARY : Gross Rs.16000/-

Purpose of Job

· Representing the organization and its business in Urban areas and developing business in the assigned area vis-à-vis customers and the local community.

· Identify potential area & customers, conduct regular meetings at the assigned area and form current SHG (Self Help Group)/JLG (Joint Liability Group).

· Ensure quality of loan application as per the loan policies and procedures of the organization.

· Prepare weekly plan for disbursement& Collection and submit the report it to the BM.

· Give proper orientation about loan tenure,



fees, interest rate, instalments, collection rules etc. of the organization to each member at the time of disbursement.

· Follow recovery policies and procedures.

· Provide excellent customer service and brand recognition.

· Maintaining the files, documents, and MIS on a regular basis.

Job Skillsets

· Must have worked in Urban Locations.

· Job requires extensively traveling.

· Good interpersonal skills

· Good Convincing skills.

· Must have own two-wheeler.

· Must have a Valid Driving license & Vehicle RC.
