- Recovery ExecutiveJob PurposeTo manage the end-to-end post-sales collection lifecycle, ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues, handle client and broker documentation on Highrise ERP, and maintain healthy cash flows through rigorous follow-ups and reporting.Core Responsibilities1. Dues Collection &
- Target Management

- Target Ownership: Take full responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual collection targets.

- Payment Recovery: Follow up with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp to recover dues as per schedules.

- Strategy Execution: Develop and refine collection strategies with managers to minimize bad debts.

2. Demand &

- Receipt Management

- Demand Distribution: Send PDF payment demands to clients via WhatsApp/Email within 45 days of engineering stage openings.

- Receipt Generation: Issue accurate payment receipts (with UTR, GST, and TDS details) to clients within 24–36 hours of payment.

3. Data Management &

- ERP Entry (Highrise)

- Booking Data Entry: Input verified booking form details into Highrise ERP only after getting functional head sign-offs.

- Broker &




- Client Onboarding:

Collect and upload KYC documents, open broker accounts, generate unique broker codes, and regulate broker billing/payouts.

- Demand Organization: Generate stage-wise demand PDFs and organize them into Google Drive folders within 2–3 days of stage opening.

Document

Handling &

- Stakeholder Coordination

- Document Processing: Collect client signatures and stamps on final Allotment Letters, Policies, Registry Documents, and TPAs; route them promptly back to internal teams (no correction checking required).

- Banker Liaison: Coordinate with banks for TPA signings and facilitate timely loan disbursals upon demand generation.

5. Reporting &

- MIS Compliance

- MIS Submission: Prepare and submit the collection MIS report (clearly marking units and clients) to Mr.

Sarthak

Trivedi every alternate day without fail.

- Delay Reporting: Maintain an updated sheet of defaulting clients and escalate unjustified delays to management via email.
