Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Identification & Onboarding • Identify and assess prospective partner organizations.
• Coordinate organizational assessments and due diligence processes.
• Support partner due diligence, onboarding, MoUs and documentation.
• Facilitate partner orientation and induction.
2. Partnership & Portfolio Management
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned partner organizations.
• Develop and implement partner engagement plans.
• Build long-term institutional relationships.
• Coordinate regular review meetings and field visits.
3. Organizational Development
• Assess organizational strengths and capacity gaps.
• Coordinate implementation of OD interventions.
• Support governance, systems strengthening, strategic planning and institutional capacity development.
• Facilitate partner access to technical assistance and learning opportunities.
4. Program & Performance Monitoring
• Monitor implementation progress against agreed milestones.
• Track organizational performance indicators.
• Conduct field monitoring visits.
• Prepare portfolio performance reports and dashboards.
5. Finance, Compliance & Risk Coordination
• Coordinate due diligence and compliance requirements.
• Monitor statutory and donor compliance obligations.
• Track institutional risks and mitigation actions.
• Maintain complete partner documentation and records.
6. Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with program teams, finance, compliance and technical experts.
• Facilitate partner networking and peer-learning forums.
• Represent the SPU at meetings and partner engagements.
7. Knowledge Management
• Maintain partner information within the Knowledge Management System.
• Document best practices,
innovations and case studies.
• Contribute to institutional knowledge resources.
Key Deliverables
• Assigned NGO portfolio managed end-to-end. • Partner engagement and development plans.
• Organizational assessment reports.
• Due diligence coordination.
• Partner performance dashboards.
• Quarterly portfolio reports.
• Updated partner documentation.
• Field monitoring reports.
• Partner graduation recommendations.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant skilled experience in one or more of the following areas: • Program / Project Management
- Partnership Management
• Client / Account Management
• Organizational Development / Capacity Building / Institutional Strengthening
• Finance & Accounting / Internal Audit / Statutory Compliance
• Grants Management / Risk Management
• Operations Management / Consulting
• CSR Program Management / Business Development
• Governance / Monitoring & Evaluation / Quality Management
Experience may be gained in NGOs, CSR foundations, consulting firms, financial institutions, audit firms, healthcare, education, corporate organizations, social enterprises, government, or public sector organizations.
