Acts as the primary operator for the company’s internal digital portal, handling daily dispatch billing and automated customer communications.

Responsibilities

Operate the Cash Memo and Challan screens to log all outgoing warehouse material in real-time.

Perform the end-of-day data sync to ensure the cloud software reflects the exact balances of the local Tally server.

Manage the digital accounts receivable list, sending follow-up messages to late-paying customers.

Assist in monitoring basic inventory alerts on the dashboard to notify management of low stock on rapid-moving bearings.
