Role Description The Political Advisor is a full time, on-site role based in Panaji, responsible for developing and executing political communication strategies for a variety of campaigns and clients. In this role, the individual will analyze public sentiment, voter data, and policy landscapes to inform messaging, positioning, and outreach plans. Daily tasks include crafting strategic recommendations for political campaigns, advising on narrative development and media tactics, coordinating with internal teams across advertising, social media, PR, and analytics,



and preparing briefings, talking points, and strategy documents for political clients.

The Political

Advisor will collaborate closely with campaign managers and stakeholders to align communications with broader political objectives and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, public sentiment, and voter behavior.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for concise writing, clear presentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess a background in Political Science to understand political systems, policy, and governance.
- Candidates should possess experience with Political Campaigns and practical knowledge of Politics, including campaign strategy and advocacy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
- Experience working with political parties, elected officials, advocacy organizations, or campaign agencies is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong familiarity with media ecosystems, digital platforms, and public opinion research tools.
