Contributing Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement and process transformation initiatives across Global Markets Operations.

Conduct end-to-end Value Stream Mapping (VSM) of processes such as Trade Capture, Clearing, Settlement, Collateral, and Reporting.

Analyze transaction volumes, operational data, workflows, and stakeholder feedback to identify Non-Value-Added activities and process inefficiencies.

Identify opportunities for process optimization, Lean transformation, automation, and digitization.

Design and implement scalable solutions using VBA, Python, R, Machine Learning, OCR, NLP, and other automation technologies.





Deliver AI and automation solutions that generate measurable cost savings, productivity improvements, quality enhancements, and cycle-time reduction.

Perform workflow analysis and identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and operational impediments.

Partner with business, operations, technology, and transformation teams to implement improvement initiatives.

Manage large-scale transformation projects from problem identification through implementation and benefits realization.

Define KPIs and track perks delivered through automation and process transformation initiatives.

Prepare and present project status, progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits to senior management and governance committees.

Drive adoption of Lean standards and project methodology across transformation initiatives.
