:

- Establish and manage the site-level PMO governance framework, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

- Track key strategic initiatives, transformation programs, and operational projects from initiation through completion.

- Partner with Site Leadership, Operations, HR, Finance, WFM, Quality, Technology, and other support functions to drive cross-functional initiatives.

- Robust Project/Program Management and governance skills

- Excellent stakeholder and senior leadership management

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualification:

- Bachelors degree; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

- Approximately 1216+ years of overall experience, with significant exposure to Project Management, PMO, Operations, Transformation, or Business Excellence.

- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization and managing cross-functional stakeholders.

- Exposure to BPM/BPO/ITES or large-scale operations environments would be an advantage.
