Lead month-end portfolio financial processes and billing, coordinating with vendors for detailed invoicing, and updating financials in Clarity to reflect actuals versus forecasts
Supporting Program Directors and Senior Managers with daily project management activities, including status reporting, JIRA management, and project documentation.

Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively deliver an impactful story that resonates and engages key stakeholders at all levels; excellent data visualization skills
Advanced skills in standard project management tools: MIS, Planview SaaS, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel and PowerPoint
