Qualification

- Diploma / BE / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Civil Engineering background is mandatory

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in construction / PMC / site supervision
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, consultants, and project teams.
- Check project progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
- Review and report daily/weekly project progress.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely solutions.
- Check measurements and support billing verification.




- Ensure proper documentation of project activities.
- Monitor safety practices at the project site.
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with concerned teams.
- Report project status, delays, and major issues to management.

Skills Required
- Good knowledge of construction activities and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office / Excel and basic project documentation.
- Ability to travel and work at multiple project sites.
- Good problem-solving and site management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
